Research progress on adolescents' spinal health education

  • 摘要: 随着科技发展引起生活方式的巨变,青少年身体姿态异常和脊柱健康问题成为新发的公共卫生问题,通过对国外相关研究进行系统综述,梳理了青少年脊柱健康教育的内容、教育对象、教育时机、教学模式和评价方法等。基于此,关于青少年脊柱健康教育的建议包括:基于社会科学的理论框架制定脊柱健康教育方案,采用理论和实践相结合的教学形式,探索“以学生为中心”的教学模式;脊柱健康教育的内容应包括基本知识、姿势习惯知识和运动锻炼知识;应从知识掌握、技能、日常行为习惯、自我效能等维度评价脊柱健康教育;应把学生、家长和教师都纳入脊柱健康教育方案。
