留守青少年累积生态风险对性心理健康的纵向影响

Longitudinal association of cumulative ecological risk on psychosexual health in left-behind adolescents

  • 摘要:   目的  探讨留守青少年累积生态风险与性心理健康间感觉寻求的中介作用和父母教养方式的调节作用。方法2020年5—7月,便利整群抽样选取山东省东陵市和河南省泌阳县12所中小学的青少年进行为期1年2个时间点的纵向追踪调查研究(T1和T2),共509名留守青少年纳入研究,调查内容包括累积生态风险指数、性心理健康、感觉寻求及父母教养方式。采用AMOS 21.0验证纵向中介作用,采用Hayes程序进行调节作用假设模型检验。  结果  控制T1感觉寻求,T1累积生态风险可正向预测T2感觉寻求(β=0.37,P < 0.01),控制T1性心理,T1感觉寻求可负向预测T2性心理(β=-0.26,P < 0.01),感觉寻求中介效应有统计学意义,间接效应占总效应的35.85%;T1累积生态风险与T2父母教养方式乘积项对T2感觉寻求和T2性心理健康的预测作用均有统计学意义(β值分别为0.17,-0.24,P值均 < 0.01)。  结论  留守青少年累积生态风险通过感觉寻求影响性心理健康水平,父母教养方式调节了累积生态风险、感觉寻求与性心理健康间作用关系。高累积生态风险留守青少年可通过降低高寻求特质,优化父母教养方式来培养良好性心理水平。
