Effect of violence exposure and emotional balance on depression among adolescents

  • 摘要:   目的  考察暴力暴露与青少年抑郁情绪的关系, 探究情绪平衡在两者之间的调节作用, 为了解青少年暴力暴露的现状及特点提供实证依据。  方法  采用简单整群随机抽样的方法抽取赣南地区3所中学共2 506名初一至初三年级学生, 使用暴力暴露问卷(VES)、流调中心抑郁量表(CES-D)及情绪平衡量表进行问卷调查。  结果  不同性别、年级、是否独生子女、父/母受教育程度和家庭类型的中学生暴力暴露得分差异均具有统计学意义(t/F值分别为3.85, 21.14, 2.90, 7.62, 8.13, 8.12, P值均 < 0.01), 不同性别、年级和家庭类型的中学生抑郁得分差异均有统计学意义(t/F值分别为-7.05, 18.61, 7.42, P值均 < 0.01), 不同性别、年级、父亲受教育程度和母亲受教育程度中学生情绪平衡得分差异均有统计学意义(t/F值分别7.93, 9.22, 7.71, 6.86, P值均 < 0.01)。相关分析结果表明, 初中生的暴力暴露水平与抑郁情绪呈正相关, 与情绪平衡呈负相关(r值分别为0.34, -0.20, P值均 < 0.01)。分层回归模型结果显示, 情绪平衡在初中生暴力暴露和抑郁情绪之间起调节作用(t=-3.35, β=-0.02, P < 0.01)。  结论  暴力暴露与初中生抑郁情绪相关, 提高其情绪平衡能力, 可以有效减缓暴力暴露对于青少年早期抑郁的负面影响, 降低青少年抑郁的发生率。
