Light exposure and myopia in children and adolescents

  • 摘要: 近视是儿童青少年最常见的视力障碍, 中国儿童青少年近视发生率居世界前列。现有研究结果表明, 户外活动不足是儿童青少年近视的危险因素, 二者关联的潜在机制与户外与室内光照时长、强度和光谱不同密切相关。光照是影响儿童青少年近视发生发展的重要环境因素, 不同的光照参数, 如光照的强度、时间、光谱构成等都可以影响近视的发生发展。通过对日光和夜光暴露时长、强度和光谱与儿童青少年近视的关联流行病研究及相关动物实验研究结果进行综述, 为儿童青少年近视防控提供新的病因线索。
