Near infrared spectroscopy assessed oxygenated hemoglobin with sleep quality among college students

  • 摘要:   目的  采用功能性近红外光谱成像(fNIRS)技术,研究不同睡眠质量的大学生群体在言语流畅性(VFT)任务下大脑氧合血红蛋白(Oxy-Hb)的激活水平差异,为改善大学生睡眠质量提供神经机制理论基础。  方法  采用简单随机抽样方法,于2020年和2021年新生入学期间对华中科技大学96名大学生进行测查,经匹兹堡睡眠质量(PSQI)问卷结果筛选,分为睡眠质量良好组(45名)、中等组(33名)及较差组(18名),应用53通道近红外光谱设备收集在VFT刺激任务下的脑血氧信号,对测查结果与睡眠质量进行分析。  结果  18.75%的被试存在睡眠质量问题,其中入睡时间(0.97±0.97)和睡眠质量(0.96±0.72)问题较严重。PSQI得分与背外侧前额叶的平均氧合血红蛋白(Avg-HbO)指标呈现负相关(r=-0.23, P=0.03)。睡眠良好组与较差组的Avg-HbO指标在背外侧前额叶的差异有统计学意义(P=0.05)。  结论  大学生睡眠质量与背外侧前额叶Avg-HbO指标呈现正相关,睡眠质量较差组背外侧额叶Avg-HbO指标低于良好组。利用fNIRS技术精确收集在认知任务时背外侧前额叶的血氧信号,可作为大学生睡眠质量有效鉴别工具。
