Strengthening research on behavioral risk factors with myopia, bridge the gap between research and practice

  • 摘要: 儿童青少年近视已成为全球性公共卫生问题, 当前中国儿童青少年近视患病率居高不下。近视的遗传与环境病因争论已久, 目前研究认为行为与环境因素是儿童青少年近视的主要原因。近视相关的行为风险因素研究仍面临挑战, 研究设计以横断面调查居多, 来自队列研究和干预研究证据较少, 因此未来需重点开展队列和干预研究, 引入实施性研究设计以评价其应用转化的意义, 从而弥合近视研究到防控实践的鸿沟。
