Research update on the sleep patterns and influencing factors of childhood abuse victims

  • 摘要: 儿童虐待作为当今社会普遍发生的公共健康问题,可严重影响个体的睡眠,导致睡眠结构紊乱、睡眠模式改变及睡眠障碍。睡眠不佳可对个体生理、心理、认知及行为功能发展造成一定的损害,降低生活质量。通过总结儿童虐待的定义、分类和流行现状,对儿童期虐待经历者的睡眠特征及其影响因素进行综述。旨在为儿童期受虐者睡眠问题的预防和干预研究提供科学依据,进而改善儿童期虐待经历者的睡眠状况,提高睡眠质量,促进其身心健康发展。
