Influencing factors and suggestions on mental health of college students with left-behind experiences in China

  • 摘要: 留守经历会影响大学生的心理健康水平。影响留守经历大学生心理健康的因素包括留守时间、性别、生源地、人格、情绪调节能力、应对方式、社会支持、家庭教养方式、负性生活事件等。为优化留守经历大学生的心理健康状况, 高校心理健康教育需重视农村生源留守经历大学生、留守经历男大学生的心理健康教育, 重视留守经历大学生安全感、主观幸福感水平的提升, 优化留守经历大学生的人格、情绪调节能力和应对方式, 为留守经历大学生构建良好的社会支持系统。
