Research progress of sports APP on exercise habits in college students

  • 摘要: 目前,运动类APP在互联网与人工智能高速发展的基础上逐渐实现多样化,各种运动类APP活跃在大众的视野当中。本文通过对大学生使用运动APP对其运动习惯培养效用研究进展展开综述,结果发现:适当使用运动APP对大学生运动行为和运动习惯有促进作用,这类APP的使用能够帮助大学生改善身体形态、提高身体功能,但在运动行为结束后就难以将效果继续保持。建议学校应用APP形成师生运动交流社区及进行不同类别的运动挑战,同时政府制定高校及个人奖励制度,鼓励学生持续参与运动,进而增加持续使用运动APP的意图,并希望学术界开展长期的成效追踪,探索APP的不同功能对不同运动的成效。
