Relationship between the physical fitness level of college students and the risk of sports injuries

  • 摘要:   目的  探索大学生体质健康水平与运动伤害发生风险之间的关联,为降低运动伤害的发生提供可参照依据。  方法  采用方便抽样的方法,抽取上海市文科类、理科类、体育类(非体育生)3类院校1 237名大一至大四年级学生的身体形态、身体功能和身体素质3类体质测试成绩,通过自我报告法调查学生近1年内运动伤害的发生情况。采用Logistic回归分析、多元线性回归以及两分段线性回归模型分析数据。  结果  大学生运动伤害发生率为12.5%(155名)。体质健康得分与发生运动伤害事件之间存在非线性关系,当体质健康得分 < 70分时,体质健康得分与运动伤害发生风险呈负相关(OR=0.88,95%CI=0.85~0.91,P < 0.05);体质健康得分≥70时,不同得分间发生运动伤害风险差异无统计学意义(OR=0.98,95%CI=0.95~1.02,P>0.05)。  结论  大学生体质健康水平与运动伤害发生风险呈负相关,建议大学生体质健康得分至少达到70分。
