Application of six-minute walk test in the evaluation of children and adolescents' cardiorespiratory endurance

  • 摘要: 心肺耐力是儿童青少年体质健康的重要标志。6 min步行试验(6-minute walk test, 6MWT)是新兴的用来评估儿童青少年心肺耐力的方法,在多个国家和地区已有应用。本研究旨在综述6MWT在儿童青少年心肺耐力评估中的应用,分析6MWT的应用前景、注意事项,为6MWT在儿童青少年心肺耐力评估中的应用和推广普及,以及相关评价标准的制定提供参考。
