Relationship between soy isoflavone metabolites in urine and sexual development of adolescent girls

  • 摘要:   目的  探讨尿液中大豆异黄酮代谢物与青春期女生性发育的关系, 为女生青春期发育影响因素研究提供参考依据。  方法  在信阳市1所小学随机选择符合纳入标准的50名五年级女生为研究对象, 进行性发育评价及尿液中大豆异黄酮代谢物的测定。尿液中大豆异黄酮代谢物的测定运用超高速液相色谱-串联质谱分析法(UPLC-MS/MS)。  结果  不同性发育组女生(发育提前、发育正常和发育延迟)的染料木黄酮水平差异有统计学意义(F=3.53, P < 0.05), 发育提前组尿液染料木黄酮水平较高; 已来潮组和未来潮组染料木黄酮水平差异有统计学意义(t=2.16, P < 0.05), 已来潮组尿液染料木黄酮水平较高。  结论  尿液染料木黄酮水平高可能与青春期女生性发育提前有关。
