Application of life course theoretical models in the relationship between exposure to early life adversity and psychopathology symptoms

  • 摘要: 早期成长逆境与多种精神病理症状风险有关,但关于逆境特征如何影响随后的精神健康结局尚未明确。生命历程理论模型的发展为揭示早期逆境特征与精神病理学风险的因果关联提供了新的视角。本文通过对既往文献进行综述,分别介绍了生命历程理论模型中的敏感期模型、风险累积模型、风险链模型和近因模型在早期逆境与精神病理症状关联研究中的应用,为早期成长逆境的早期干预提供一定依据。
