Prioritizing the integration of sleep into the development and health evaluation system for children and adolescents

  • 摘要: 动态观察儿童青少年睡眠的年龄发展变化规律、分析其健康效应既是阐述睡眠生理意义的基础,也是深入理解儿童青少年生长发育规律的基础。本文总结、归纳了现有儿童、青少年睡眠研究领域的学术进展,阐述其与体格、神经、行为、代谢发育相辅相成的重要作用,建议将睡眠作为发育的核心组成要素,纳入儿童青少年发育与健康评价体系。同时,在学术进展的总结中透视睡眠研究所存的不足和局限,以期承前启后、继往开来,促进今后研究的针对性和系统性。
