Relationship between sedentary behavior with overweight and obesity among middle school students of different nationalities in Aba Prefecture

目的 分析中学生静态行为与超重或肥胖的关联,为相关部门预防儿童青少年超重肥胖提供政策参考。 方法 采用分层整群抽样法,于2019年10月对阿坝藏族羌族自治州13~18岁1 208名中学生进行问卷调查和体质测试,分析阿坝州不同民族中学生静态行为与超重或肥胖的关联。 结果 藏族学生超重或肥胖检出率(14.0%)高于汉族(8.8%)与羌族(8.2%),初中生(10.5%)高于高中生(8.2%),差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为19.34,13.62,P值均<0.05)。二元Logistic回归分析显示,与参照组对比,上网>1 h/d、看课外书>2 h/d、电子游戏>1 h/d、看电视>1 h/d的中学生超重或肥胖检出率(23.7%,19.6%,27.8%,26.7%)明显上升(OR值分别为1.26,1.09,1.38,1.18,P值均<0.05)。 结论 阿坝州不同民族中学生静态行为与超重或肥胖呈正相关,减少静态行为的持续时间有助于预防和防控中学生超重或肥胖的发生。 Abstract:Objective To analyze the association between sedentary behavior with overweight or obesity in middle school students, and to provide policy reference for relevant departments. Methods Using the stratified cluster sampling method, a questionnaire survey and physical fitness test were conducted among 1 208 middle school students aged 13 to 18 in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in October 2019. The associations between sedentary behavior and overweight or obesity among middle school students of different ethnic groups in Aba Prefecture were analyzed. Results The detection rate of overweight or obesity was Tibetan (14.0%)> Han (8.8%)> Qiang (8.2%), junior high school students (10.5%)> high school students (8.2%), the difference was statistically significant (χ2=19.34, 13.62, P < 0.05). Compared with the reference group, the detection rate of overweight or obesity among middle school students with time spent in the Internet for > 1 h/d, reading extracurricular books > 2 h/d, video games > 1 h/d, and watching TV > 1 h/d (23.7%, 19.6%, 27.8%, 26.7%) significantly increased(OR=1.26, 1.09, 1.38, 1.18, P < 0.05). Conclusion Sedentary behaviors of middle school students of different ethnic groups in Aba Prefecture are positively correlated with overweight or obesity. Reducing the duration of static behaviors helps prevent and control the occurrence of overweight or obesity among middle school students. -
