Reseach update on determinants of child oral health based on Anderson extended model

  • 摘要: 儿童的口腔健康与多种因素相关。研究关于儿童口腔健康的影响因素有利于提高儿童口腔健康,本综述以安德森扩展模型为依据,回顾国内外儿童口腔健康影响因素的文献,结果得出,儿童的口腔健康与外生因素、口腔健康主要决定因素、口腔健康行为等因素相关。儿童的口腔健康可以通过养成良好的口腔卫生习惯、加强家长和儿童的健康信念、完善口腔卫生服务系统以及发展口腔保险等途径实现。
