Research progress of screening for vertebral column defects in children and adolescents

  • 摘要: 目的   脊柱弯曲异常可对儿童青少年身心健康产生不利影响。早期筛查和诊断有利于疾病的矫正治疗,可有效减缓或停止儿童少年脊柱弯曲异常进程。但出于成本效益的考虑,世界各地对将脊柱弯曲异常的学校筛查纳入常规卫生服务持不同意见。本文通过查阅国内外相关文献,就儿童少年脊柱弯曲异常的概念与分类、国内外流行现况、筛查方法和意义进行综述,为该病的防治提供参考。
