Influence of physical activity patterns on academic performance in children and adolescents

  • 摘要: 体力活动有利于提高儿童青少年身心健康,越来越多的研究表明体力活动对提高儿童青少年学习成绩有积极作用。本文对现有文献进行回顾分析,探究体力活动模式与儿童青少年学习成绩之间的关系,分析不同时长、频次、强度和类型的体力活动对儿童青少年学习成绩的影响,为提高儿童青少年体力活动的质量和效果提供依据。高质量证据支持长时间、高频次、中高强度有氧体力活动对儿童青少年学习成绩有积极影响,家庭、学校及社会可以此为参考,科学合理增加儿童青少年的体力活动。
