隐性肥胖与大学生骨密度的关系

Relationship between masked obesity and bone mineral density in various body parts among college students

  • 摘要:   目的  分析隐性肥胖大学生的骨密度特点,为提高大学生骨密度预防骨质疏松提供理论依据。  方法  以普通全日制本科学生作为研究群体,在校园内招募518名低体重或正常体重大学生作为研究对象并按照隐性肥胖的判断标准进行分组,采用双能X线测试法对各组大学生的体脂百分比及骨密度指标进行检测,比较隐性肥胖与非隐性肥胖大学生的骨密度差异,并对体质量指数(BMI)、体脂百分比(BF%)与骨密度进行相关性分析。  结果  在低体重男大学生中,隐性肥胖组的全身骨密度、T值和Z值均低于非隐性肥胖组[(1.82±0.04,2.01±0.22)g/cm2;(-1.10±0.24,-0.02±0.15);(-0.94±0.64,-0.01±0.43),t值分别为7.73,16.84,3.68,P值均 < 0.01]。在低体重男大学生中,隐性肥胖组的上肢、大腿、躯干、肋骨、骨盆的骨密度均低于非隐性肥胖组(t值分别为10.69,13.41,3.72,6.12,4.93,P < 0.01)。在低体重女大学生中,隐性肥胖组的全身骨密度低于非隐性肥胖组[(1.13±0.48,1.31±0.29)g/cm2t=2.25,P < 0.05]。在低体重女大学生中,隐性肥胖组的头部、上肢、大腿、躯干的骨密度均低于非隐性肥胖组(t值分别为3.43,2.44,2.54,2.54,P值均 < 0.05)。男大学生中,BMI与全身骨密度、T值和Z值呈正相关(r值分别为0.69,0.68,0.61,P值均 < 0.01),体脂百分比与全身骨密度、T值和Z值呈负相关(r值分别为-0.52,-0.51,-0.49,P值均 < 0.01)。女大学生中,BMI与T值和Z值呈正相关(r值分别为0.46,0.26,P值均 < 0.01),体脂百分比与T值和Z值呈负相关(r值分别为-0.22,-0.23,P值均 < 0.01)。  结论  与正常大学生相比,隐性肥胖大学生的身体各部位骨密度水平较差。关注隐性肥胖大学生的骨密度并及时进行干预,对于预防骨质疏松有重要意义。
