Investigation on outbreaks of acute respiratory tract infection caused by respiratory syncytial virus in kindergartens in Hangzhou

  • 摘要:   目的  分析呼吸道合胞病毒感染引起的儿童急性呼吸道感染暴发疫情的特点,并对防控工作予以总结和评价,为集体单位呼吸道感染暴发疫情防控提供依据。  方法  采用现场流行病学调查的方法对杭州市两起疫情进行调查,采用描述流行病学的方法对资料进行分析; 采用PCR方法对标本进行检测,并对呼吸道合胞病毒核酸阳性的标本进行测序。  结果  两起疫情均发生在幼儿园,A幼儿园发病21例,持续11 d,B幼儿园发病43例,持续33 d,流行曲线呈现增殖模式。病例集中在托班和小班,年龄2~4岁为主。症状以发热、咳嗽为主,主要为上呼吸道感染,未发现重症病例。采集病例上呼吸道标本检测,为呼吸道合胞病毒阳性,对4份标本进行测序,为B亚群。  结论  幼儿园急性呼吸道感染暴发时要考虑呼吸道合胞病毒,注意与其他呼吸道感染引起的暴发疫情的鉴别,控制措施要严格,避免疫情长久持续。
