Trends in the asthma burden among children and adolescents in China from 1990-2019

  • 摘要:   目的  探索1990—2019年中国儿童青少年哮喘疾病负担变化趋势,为开展防控工作提供参考。  方法  基于2019年全球疾病负担研究,利用Joinpoint回归分析性别和年龄别哮喘疾病负担动态变化,与各级社会人口指数(SDI)国家平均水平比较; 并分析归因哮喘疾病负担的变化。  结果  标化1~19岁哮喘伤残调整寿命年(DALYs)率1990—2005年间先小幅降低后快速降低,由158.55/10万降至88.59/10万。其中,1990—1996年年度变化百分比(APC)为-1.7%,1996—2005年APC为-5.7%。2005—2017年DALYs率先缓慢升高后快速升高,2017—2019年DALYs率由176.18/10万降为126.79/10万。男生哮喘疾病负担高于女生,5~9岁组哮喘DALYs率高于其他年龄组。中国儿童青少年哮喘标化DALYs率在不同SDI国家中处于较低水平。此外,归因于高体质量指数的哮喘DALYs率呈升高趋势,1~4岁组年度平均变化百分比(AAPC)为2.9%,其他年龄组AAPC均为4.2%;15~19岁组归因于职业性致喘物的DALYs率呈降低趋势,AAPC为-2.5%。  结论  中国儿童青少年哮喘疾病负担较低,有性别和年龄别差异,变化呈“降低—升高—降低”趋势。应重点关注男生和5~9岁儿童哮喘防治,加强对肥胖和职业性致喘物等危险因素的干预。
