Public opinion and attitude towards COVID-19 vaccination among parents of middle school students

  • 摘要:   目的  探究网络评论对中学生家长为子女接种新型冠状病毒肺炎疫苗(以下简称“新冠疫苗”)态度的影响,为推进12~17岁人群新冠疫苗接种工作提供参考。  方法  采用线上和线下相结合的方式,选取南京、南通、上海、西安、哈尔滨、青岛、绵阳等地中学生家长477名。请家长阅读有关12~17岁人群接种新冠疫苗的新闻报道和虚拟的网络评论,并在此基础上填写为子女接种新冠疫苗态度问题。  结果  73.55%的家长愿意为孩子接种新冠疫苗。网络评论对于家长接种意愿的影响有统计学意义(F=67.89,P < 0.01):在正向评论的影响下,家长的接种意愿高于其他评论条件(4.02±0.91);在负向评论影响下,家长的接种意愿低于其他评论条件(2.56±0.88);中性评论组(3.71±0.79)和对照组(3.68±0.81)之间差异无统计学意义(P=0.77)。  结论  中学生家长为子女接种新冠疫苗的态度受到网络评论的影响,在推进新冠疫苗接种工作的过程中,要重视舆论引导。
