Effect of functional high-intensity interval training combined with inhalation dietary intervention on obese college students

  • 摘要:   目的  研究观察功能性高强度间歇训练结合呼吸、饮食干预对肥胖大学生身体形态、血脂和肝功能的影响,以期为完善相关干预措施提供参考。  方法  以重庆电信职业学院公开招募的58名肥胖大学生为研究对象,根据性别、身体质量指数(body mass index, BMI)的不同进行功能性高强度间歇训练、呼吸训练和饮食控制干预,研究持续6周。比较干预前后的BMI、体脂率、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)等身体指标的变化情况。  结果  干预前后,受试者的身体形态指标:男女生的BMI、体脂率均下降(t值分别为7.57,4.40;4.17,5.61,P值均 < 0.01);男女生TC、TG、LDL-C均呈明显下降趋势,而HDL-C上升(t值分别为7.56,5.80;2.58,4.76;12.26,11.07;3.72,3.37,P值均 < 0.05);肝功能(男女合并人数):NAFLD、ALT异常、AST异常、GGT异常均明显减少(P值均 < 0.05)。  结论  该综合干预方法而言,可以显著降低肥胖大学生体重,能调节改善血脂代谢和肝功能,且干预过程体验较好,可作为肥胖大学生的一个有效减肥途径予以应用和推广。
